What we measure
A place earns its spot in the index by clearing four checks: measured, not curated by taste. Here is exactly what each one is and where the line sits. It's public, it's free, and it needs no account: if you're going to trust where we send your product, you should be able to audit the standard first.
Alive
The destination has to actually resolve: no parked domain, no dead host, no permanent challenge page. We fetch it on every measurement cycle; two consecutive dead reads demote it.
Real traffic
A directory nobody reads can't put your product in front of anyone. We hold destinations to a floor of measurable monthly traffic and demote the ones that fall through it.
Real authority
A submission is only worth the trust the destination can lend you. We measure domain authority independently and require a genuine floor. A high-DR dofollow link is the actual prize.
Actually accepts
The place has to genuinely take new products: an open form, a live queue, a reachable editor. A directory that quietly stopped accepting, or went pay-to-play behind a closed door, no longer clears this.
When a place slips
Held out until it clears
Two consecutive cycles below any single line and the destination drops out of the index until it clears every point again. Being well-known isn't a pass. The bar is the same for everyone.
Never assumed passing
A place that blocks measurement (a bot challenge, a robots.txt disallow, an owner who won't share numbers) isn't listed as passing. We won't assert a standing we can't verify.
How often we check
Standings aren't set once and forgotten. Every destination is re-measured on a schedule, and each listing carries the date it was last checked so you're never acting on a stale reading. A directory that was worth submitting to a year ago may be a graveyard today. The whole point of this index is to catch that before you waste a submission on it.
