My readiness dropped 9 points after a redesign. Worth it?

Redesigned the hero with a big background video and a custom font. Looks great. But my Speed check went 88 → 71 and Compliance slipped too (contrast on the new palette).

Do I roll back, or is a prettier page worth the lower standing? Curious how people weigh this.

    The video is almost certainly your LCP now. Poster image + lazy-load the video and you'll claw most of it back without losing the look.

    Contrast is the cheap fix: bump the text one step darker, it won't change the vibe and it clears the AA bar.
